View Your Students' Meal Purchases on-line - monitor account transactions, balances, and make deposits to their account. 

St. Charles Community Schools is ready to launch SendMoneyToSchool.com, an online payment program allowing you to prepay on your students’ food service accounts with a major credit card (VISA, Master Card or Discover).  It also allows you to view your students’ account history.

You will need your student’s school identification number, which is the number used in the cafeteria when students go through the line.  These are unique and individual ID numbers and are necessary to set up your “Send Money To School” account. You will also need your child’s first and last name (as it is recorded in the student data base, meaning the name on a birth certificate).

To get started, simply go to SendMoneyToSchool.com.  If you don’t know your student’s ID number you may call this office.  You will be able to create your own password when creating the account.  If you forget your password, you can request a new one on the same site and one will come to you from noreply@mealmagic.com.

To help offset the cost of this feature, there is a per transaction fee of $2.00.  Each debit to your credit card is considered one transaction but you can split that deposit into several different student accounts if you choose with only one transaction fee.  There is no fee for viewing your students’ accounts.
