The 2026 St. Charles Homecoming Parade Entry Form is available and must be submitted by September 18th (to the Central Administration Office at 891 W. Walnut St.)!

There are 3 ways to submit your entry.
-You can use the link below to register electronically, or
-Print the form and bring it to the Central Administration Office at 891 W. Walnut St., Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., or
-You can stop by the Central Administration Office at 891 W. Walnut St., Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., to fill out a form.
