Our kindergarten through fourth grade students spent some time this afternoon Christmas caroling in downtown St. Charles. Thank you to our local businesses for allowing our students to visit.

Please join the STC band this Sunday, December 10th, for a festive evening of Christmas music performed by our STC Middle School and High School Bands. The 7th & 8th graders will be performing at 5:30 pm, and our 9th-12th grade students will perform at 7:30 pm. The concerts will be in the performance gym. We will also be raffling off these winter-themed tied fleece blankets. One blanket per concert will be raffled. The tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20. The proceeds for the raffle will be going towards the band's Disney trip in February. We will also be raffling off poinsettias from Faber's. Hope you can join us as we support our band students this Christmas season.

The elementary school recently hosted its first after-school enrichment event for this academic year. The event featured various activities, including a Lego room, an ornament-making room, a Play-Doh room, a board game room, and a few other rooms filled with exciting opportunities. Many of the elementary students were in attendance. We are eagerly anticipating the next event of this kind in the future.

Mr. King Teaches STC Students Woodworking.
Students start with the basics. They learn safety first. Beginners are then taught the foundation of woodworking and then as their skills increase they are encouraged to make more advanced projects. It is fun to see their creativity and skills improve.

Enjoy the long weekend with your family.

The Broadcasting class had the opportunity to take a field trip to Delta College to learn more about the broadcasting program that Delta College offers. Students were able to use the equipment and simulate a live broadcast. Thank you Mrs. Short for organizing this fun and educational field trip.
