We are excited to welcome Ron Stanley as our new St. Charles Community Schools Superintendent. Ron joins us with a passion for fostering an environment where students, staff, and the community can thrive. His leadership will help us continue to achieve our goals and build upon the foundation laid by previous leadership.

As we embark on this new chapter with Ron at the helm, we encourage everyone to extend a warm welcome and support him as he settles into his role.

St. Charles Community Schools would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to Sarah Kettelhohn for serving as the Interim Superintendent. Her leadership and dedication during this transitional period have been invaluable to our district.

Sarah's commitment to our students, staff, and community has not gone unnoticed. She worked tirelessly to ensure that our educational and district goals were being met, and her support has made a significant impact during her time with the district.

Please join me in thanking Sarah for her hard work and leadership. We will be forever grateful for her guidance through this chapter.

Reminder! Food Giveaway.

The offices of St. Charles Community Schools will have limited hours during the summer. The Central Administration Office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4 pm and will be closed on Fridays until school resumes. The elementary and middle/high school offices will be closed Monday through Thursday and resume regular business hours starting August 4th. Please call the Central Administration Office for assistance at 989-865-9961. If you need assistance on a Friday, you can still reach us. Please see the dates, times, and phone numbers below to contact a building secretary.

Save the dates. This summer, you can pick up free food at St. Charles Community Schools each Wednesday.

Kylie Fiting and Riley Skiles graduated as part of the Dale Carnegie Institute associated with Cohort 5 of the Saginaw Youth Ambassador Program at the Saginaw ISD. Both had to give a speech to their cohorts and families. They were led by Mr. Dennis Barlow, Wendy Groll, and Jordan Theime. Congrats!

The Fitness Center will be supervised on Wednesday, June 11th from 3:30-5:30pm and Thursday, June 12th from 3pm-5pm for all students. It has been brought to our attention that key fobs are being given to others for access to the Fitness Center. Please note, that by signing the waiver and receiving the key fob, you agreed in the section listed below that you would not do this and if done, you would lose privileges to use the St. Charles Fitness Center. Responsibility: I agree that by accepting this key I will make sure the facility I use (fitness room, gymnasium, locker room, or bathroom) is picked up and sanitized for the next person to use. I agree that I will not give my key to anyone else to use, and that I understand in doing so I will lose my privileges to use the St. Charles Fitness Center. Also, if I lose my key it will cost $10 to replace it. The first key is free. If you are interested in receiving a key fob you can visit the St. Charles Community School Website or St. Charles High School office to obtain a usage form. You must be 18 years of age or older AND graduated, live within the St. Charles Community Schools School District and/or work for the district, and successfully pass a Michigan State Police ICHAT background check in order to obtain a key fob for use. Students may not be in the Fitness Center without a Coach or Parent/Guardian present.

From the staff at St. Charles Community Schools...Have a safe and enjoyable summer vacation!! The school offices will operate from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily until June 20th. Following that date, summer office hours will be displayed at the main entrance of each building. For your convenience, secretaries will be available in the district Monday through Friday during the summer, and signs on the doors will indicate who to contact for assistance.
